YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FotoMitra handles when you browse the site, use its photo tools, sign in, download a design or contact support.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who this policy covers

“FotoMitra”, “we” and “us” refer to FotoMitra, handled by Zoomin ID Solutions, at #19, Ground Floor, Trinetra Complex, Sangareddy, Telangana, India - 502001. This policy covers fotomitra.com and its design, passport photo, photo mosaic, photo editing and background removal features.

For privacy questions or requests, contact zoominidsolutions777@gmail.com.

2. Information we handle

3. Your photos and designs

Photo editing, passport photo preparation, mosaic creation and background removal are designed to process your selected photos in your browser. We do not send the source photo to FotoMitra’s account database for those editing steps.

When you request a download, the exported image is sent to FotoMitra’s download endpoint so it can check access and prepare the correct download. Our application processes that file for the request and does not save a copy to your account or its database. The hosting system may handle temporary upload data while the request is running.

The background remover downloads its processing model from IMG.LY’s static asset host on first use. Your photo is processed in your browser; the model download may disclose ordinary connection information to that host, but the photo itself is not sent to IMG.LY by FotoMitra’s processing code.

Face-aware mosaic cropping: when you enable “Keep faces visible in tiles,” MediaPipe Tasks Vision detects faces on your device. The selected photo pixels are processed on your device and are not sent to Google by this feature. MediaPipe may send performance and usage metrics to Google. Where applicable law requires it, users should be informed and their consent obtained for that metrics processing. MediaPipe is licensed under Apache 2.0. See the MediaPipe project and the Apache License 2.0.

4. Why we use information

5. Service providers

Google provides sign-in. IMG.LY supplies the background-removal model files. FotoMitra uses a website hosting provider to serve pages and process account and download requests. Razorpay is integrated for checkout, but checkout is currently unavailable while payment gateway activation is in progress. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms when their services are used.

FotoMitra does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Account features use an essential server session cookie. The design editors process your work in your browser during the editing session; closing or reloading a page may discard unsaved changes. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the time of this policy. Your browser controls let you clear cookies and local site storage; clearing the session cookie may sign you out.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account details and login history while needed to provide and secure your account. Last-seen activity is overwritten by later activity. Order, UPI reference and admin verification records may be retained for accounting, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Technical logs are controlled in part by the hosting provider and its retention settings.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of account information by emailing FotoMitra privacy support from the account email address. We may retain limited records where needed for legal, security or accounting reasons, and will explain if a request cannot be fully completed.

8. Security and children

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and payment records, including secure sessions and server-side payment verification. No internet service can promise absolute security.

FotoMitra is not designed to collect personal information directly from children without an appropriate parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child’s account information was submitted without permission, contact us so we can review it.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may sign out, stop using a tool, clear browser storage, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information. You can also withdraw permission for Google sign-in by disconnecting FotoMitra in your Google Account settings; this does not itself delete FotoMitra account or transaction records.

We will review and respond to privacy requests under applicable law. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 provide relevant context. Their provisions have a phased commencement timeline.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when FotoMitra’s features or data practices change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide a notice where appropriate.
